DESCRIPTION: Nitric Oxide is a colourless, toxic, non - flammable gas.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Nitric Oxide is used in diffusion processes employing atmospheric furnace systems to grow nitrided gate oxides for gigabit processes. Nitrix Oxide is also used to grow high quality gas silicon oxides.
