DESCRIPTION: Boron Trichloride(BCl3) is a colourless gas, which fumes in the presence of moist air. It has a choking odour.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Boron Trichloride is the preferred gas for plasma etching of aluminum alloys, tungsten and tungsten silicide.
